You will need toconfirm the mail, and then you are ready to do the first login.At the beginning youd finalize your profile in 9 steps to make youvisible for others.
You can decide to make your profile public, or keepit private.
When done, the intro page ("dashboard") will show youpotential candidates.
The integrated chat system allows to get in touchwith them, after you chat request has been answered bey the counterparty.
The compliance engine watches for ethical behaviour, the systemmight send warnings or even block users on non-ethical behaviour.
